With a small sculptural cow head in bronze on one side of the curved barbell. A 14-gauge curved barbell is securely attached, submerged inside the backside of the bronze farm animal. I make the barbell about 1 cm long, not counting the bend; if you want another length, let me know when ordering.
I make this with a titanium bar or a 316L surgical steel bar. The titanium one is an externally threaded bar. The surgical steel one can be either externally threaded or internally threaded.
Externally threaded bars are more common in piercing jewelry and usually a little cheaper. The threaded part is on the barbell, which you insert into your piercing.
On an internally threaded bar, the threaded part is on the bead that you fasten after having inserted the barbell.
