"V" is for Victory! A fun ring featuring a tiny, detailed hand culpted in bronze. A stainless steel ring band is submerged in the bronze when cast. The bronze part is protected with durable jeweler’s lacquer. The ring is adjustable.

I researched this hand sign and discovered its historical roots: In medieval England, during the Hundred Years’ War, the French would cut off the middle and index fingers of captured English bowmen to prevent them from shooting again. English archers would taunt the French by displaying their intact fingers—a defiant gesture that evolved into today's more offensive meaning.
