Bunnies are soft, cuddly and vulnerable in a world full of predators. Wings have always symbolized survival and an unbroken spirit to me—I used to dream I could fly whenever life felt dark. To me, wings mean freedom and resilience, and here they fit perfectly as bunny ears. Hand-sculpted in bronze, protected with durable jeweler’s lacquer.
I make this as a necklace or a brooch. As a necklace it comes with an adjustable brass chain, short (adjustable up to 50 cm) or long (adjustable up to 80 cm).
For the brooch version I have made a pin in stainless steel that is submerged inside the bronze animal when cast.
