Skulls wearing silly party hats. There are so much skull stuff out there I don´t think most people even think about the meaning of them, I usually don´t, I just like sculpting them. But I think that adding childish playful hats somehow made these guys funnier and more serious at the same time.
I carved this from bronze clay that turns to pure bronze when fired in high heat in an oxygen free environment. A pin made from stainless steel is securely attached submerged inside the bronze.
